We have been performing the typical framing sub work since the early 1990’s and can stick with this workflow if that is the best choice, for your project.
Additionally, you can choose a hybid model that mixes pre-fab cutting and assembling in our shop with on-site framing. Best of all worlds!
Your design and envelope type built and installed on your job site…. Exterior Insulation, ADUs, ranch style, mansions, whatever you want built we can build it (and probably already have at least once)
Pros: Open ended options, you call all the shots. We leverage technology in teh most cost effective way for your project.
Cons: You have to have a set of finalized plans for us to give you a finalized firm price. T&M is always fine with our craftspeople too though .
